yo!
time passed really slowly these few days man! lets update on the Post-A level Heaven-like endless-fun activities!
Friday:
Went out with shuohao,samuel, lionel (who joined us right after chalet! he claimed that he slept for only 4 hours in 72 hrs. Applause pls. *clap clap) to orchard.
Met quite a lot of hc pple that day. like eugene kuek (with..), audry with 404 friends etc.
Sat:
Went to watch Hero! and to shop at Tang. Hero is quite good! It maintained its quality from the tv serials, and its quite hilarious. 7/10 (LOTR is considered to be a 8.5/10)
Mon:
HCCO interactions trial run! (just an excuse for us to go back to sch n play though.) I went back quite early. In fact, i was the only snr when i reached sch. -.-" hmmm really didnt see the jnrs for a vv long time! they didnt change much though haha just that szuan happily kept being niaoed non-stop haha! :D:D
played soccer when i reached at ard 9. Oh man. Playing intense soccer right after mugging for 2 months straight will really kill u man. Felt really buah tahan after kicking ball for half an hour.
Then went to bball court after resting. played from 10 to 12 before going for lunch.
We ate at pool side restaurant. Someone suggested we eat ala carte since it will be like our last time eatting there. Then as we were discussing wat to order so that we can be full, how much rice to order, the male shop owner suggested us to pay 80 cents each and can hav unlimited rice.
LOL due to that, we decided to really eat as much rice as we could. When they 1st served the rice, its quantity is not bad. 1 plate is around 2 small bowls u get in zhu2 chao4. I seriously think the male owner thinks that thats enuff to settle us! So after 3 dishes (out of 5) all of us finished the 1st plate and went to jia fan. Each of us added around the same amount of the 1st plate and the rice in the rice cooker is like 3/4 gone alr.
So as we were eating our 2nd plate with the 4th dish, we saw a flash halfway. We turned and saw the male owner holding a camera. LOL oh my, must be taking down photo to blacklist us man. Anw we felt motivated and struggled to get our 3rd plate and finished it with only the 5th dish. (for me, i was left with only a drumstick and a plate of rice. 鸡饭! no more like 饭鸡 man!)
I seriously think that uncle wun suggest any of those "80 cents unlimited rice!" package anymore. Hmmm the first and the last time. sad..
Went to play lan at IRC for 3 hours. haha! now i know why pple like to play dota at lan shops! can like just shout "gang morph! kill morph!" when everyone's fighting. Personally, 4 people (the entire opponent team) shouted freaking loudly "kill morph! kill morph! he's dying!" the worse thing is im morph (short form for morpling). -.-" hahaha! The entire lanning session was vv fun :D

The Battle is almost over!
anw had chem paper 3 n math this week. :):):):):):)
chem was quite easy la, with a few tricky qns. i think i skipped 1 part of a qn cos...didnt see it

today's math was....LOL though didnt manage to break my record. for ur info, i finished math a lvl paper 1 in 1hr 40 mins, but at that time was with some qns blank la.
this time, i managed to finish the pure math section in just 20 mins!!! hard to believe rite? but i did it. hehe :) but spent quite some time on stats and only managed to finish the entire paper in 1hr 30mins. hehe maybe can submit for Guinness World Record sia haha.
shall really slack the entire day tmr before starting econs then :)

One Day Before Math Paper 2
My comfy bed! Goodluck everyone for tmr's math! ESPECIALLY bio students. hard day tmr sia hahaFriday, 2 November 2007
was on my way home from econ tuition just now.
(on the train as per usually)
10pm
managed to get a seat after a while. i then noticed a white-collar middle-aged man on my left, piaing through some papers. was thinking" wah.. so 命苦, on the way home still nid to do work"
the people ard were like either sleeping or listening to their ipods (distinctive white earphones). So the middle-aged man was like attracting the most attention from me. i then decided to see what the man was doing, since i may be doing something like that in the future too. filling in forms haha.
as i look closer, i knew wat the papers are almost immediately. A sentence reads " John has 1/3 of what peter has..."
LOL
oh man... what a typical singaporean parent. tsk tsk (shall not tsk more, cos theres a probability i may end up like that in the future too..)
was smiling (cant laugh at him u see, vv AA) my way home
Anyway. UPDATES ON A LEVELS!!
basically it sucked.
phys was quite doable, though its rather tricky.
GP, oh man, i nvr know there is a day i will be writing all crap for AQ. wth... hope can get a C man, then become a B relative to the entire cohort.
Math, minus 18 marks alr. the A is not secured at all. (heard from wenqi that her class, other sch friends thought it was easy. quoted yongkeong "i think im going to get 90"...wtf?)
conclusion: WE ARE KENNA SCAMMED THAT A LVLS ARE EASIER THAN PRELIMS.

sometimes im just wondering, y cant some people just put in more effort in a group?
is it so hard to just come for maf? afterall it must have its charm to attract all the seniors, alumni back after so many years?
is it so hard to just try to mix together as a class? do u really think that little effort you put in is going to work?
y is it just so freaking hard to come for maf as a class? do we really nid to sms/call everyone to ensure everyone will come for maf? wtf is this class?
i dun deny that everyone in class is nice individual....but is it so impossible for us to come together as a class..?
thank goodness im fortunate to still have co to rely on.
im just going to put in my best in organising the class trip. Thats all i can do. At least i wun regret that i didnt put in my best in bonding with the class.
Thx dawn for all the previous class trips. Thx those who came for maf. Thx those at least put in effort to make 61 a more human place.
this will be the last angry entry i ever post man.

had a super weird dream b4 i woke up, yea b4 i woke up. (cos i rmb waking up to adjust my alarm clock in the mid of the dream)
dreamt about my brother and i fighting a water elemental in my kitchen. we eventually won, (though i hav no idea how we were fighting it) and the water elemental escaped through the water tap in the kitchen. Of course i was stunned, and walked slowly to the tap to turn it on.
0.0. some unknown brown water came out. (and its supposed to be smelly, though i didnt smell anything). Wow! then i went to check other water taps. Similar brown water came out too. Oh man. A thought suddenly came to my mind. Guess what? I immediately told my brother "eh faster go ntuc buy lots of mineral water b4 the prices go up due to the pollution! After that can sell for more money." -.-
The dream ended. -.-
anw went sch today for h3 chem consultation. hmmm i think shld be able to pass prelims ba. clearer on the concepts already.
watching zjyj recently! hahaha particularly like the term 麻瓜 hahaha! anw the show is vv power ranger la. hai. just that more hilarious. at episode 6 now!

went back to high sch.
nothing much actually haha!
visited ms teocm for the 1st time!
missed the old days sia~ Still can rmb how all of us were so afraid of ms teo, how all of us failed our 1st history test and kenna blasted by her, how frightened we were that we kept absolutely quiet even before ms teo reached our classrooms. hahahaha! those days r super fun!

HCCO07
Hcco, to me, is like a dream.
Just like a dream, it appeared without u expecting it.
Just like a dream, u began doing crazy yet memorable things in it.
Just like a dream, the things you did began to yield miracles.
Just like a dream, u then realised it will only occur once and tried to hold onto it forever.
Yet just like a dream, u eventually lost grip of it and woke up.
Had 庆功宴 last night. It's really the day for us to say 'goodbye' to Hcco, the big family.
Felt like crying on the way home, memories just rushed to my mind, cant seem to control it.
I guess this is the only institution that has ever made me feel this way.
It is only in hcco where, everyone can bare their heart and soul.

Would really like to thank all my batchmates for being through such hardships these one n a half year. Not forgetting the jnrs for all the fun we had too.
We came together as different pieces. Had conflicts. Had misunderstandings. Yet as time passes, the friction melted our edges, binding us together. We began creating miracles together, miracles. The miracles conquered the audience, and more importantly conquered ourselves. There arent many moments in life where u knew u hav already won, no matter how the results will be.
Just like many had said, we have written our chapter in the story of Hcco. We had already fulfilled our roles and we did it well, we know we did.
I dread this but sadly, the light for us has already dimmed and it is our time to leave. It's just like the natural cycle of life and death. Entered as j1s, started creating a legacy, left as accomplished j2s, for the new batches to write their own stories.........
That's what 大地回春 is teaching us i suppose. Similarly, like 梦蝶, hcco is a dream where we need to eventually wake up from it one day, if not it will no longer be a dream anymore.
I may sound a bit childish here, but i just want to say that,

Hcco, to me, is like a dream.

Had 庆功宴 last night. It's really the day for us to say 'goodbye' to Hcco, the big family.
Felt like crying on the way home, memories just rushed to my mind, cant seem to control it.
I guess this is the only institution that has ever made me feel this way.

did the jnrs' presents just now. felt so proud of the master piece. :) seriously hope that this tradition of making presents will continue down the many generations of hcco. :)
will be officially stepping down tmr. like what ningfei has said last year, the power to change has been forcefully taken away from us. well, all we can do now is to entrust on our jnrs i guess?
will be having a hectic, fun, emo, memorable, our last CO-related day tmr. Dunno how i should be feeling now.

Part 1: Syf showcase.

Took quite a while to organise my thoughts, after all it comprises of memories of a long, yet short, one and a half years...
Had the last CO performance....
Started the day with a weird dream... In the dream, i was walking along the carpark road in between the amphitheatre and audi. It was quite blurish so i couldnt really make out who i was with. Just had this feeling that im with the CO peeps, the usual familiar laughters. I dunno y, dunno wat jokes or niaoing we were having in the dream, but i just knew that im happy, everyone ard me is happy. We laughed n laughed.....till my alarm woke me up. =s
Started listening to our syf's piece on my way to school. Really felt like emoing. Random but vivid memories, images of practices seem to come to my mind while listening to dadi.
Reached sch at an unholy hour, 7?! Saw wenqi and szuan coming shortly after i reached my classbench. CO breakfast haha~ Gradually, chris n eunice joined us, followed by many more slowly. It seems that everyone really has the feeling that its our last time to be together le. Even though we were really stoning n wasting time in front of the drink stall, everyone just, joined in without questioning much, trying to cherish the last few memories we hav together huh...
Had dazu practice, from 330 to 5. Weilao modified the 渐强 parts, making them more zai. Apart from that, we merely had brief run-throughs. soon, its time to leave...
Reached SCH and after a while we were getting ready to go on stage. Surprisingly and unfortunately, i still dun hav the feeling that its our last performance, though just feel that its something special.
"要为我们演奏的是华乐团八，华侨中学（高中部）....." The words from the emcee during syf echoed from my mind. Was getting ready and smiling to various CO members as the emcee continues to introduce our piece this time.... Felt really happy to be able to be on stage with everyone :)
"让我们欢迎指挥， 魏严明博士” We stood up as wei lao shi took his bow. Suddenly felt vv proud of our CO to the extent of arrogance. "上台就要（好练）一点" Told myself: "We rocked, lets own the stage." The first note started.
开头: weilao gav a wrong handsign during the 1st 减弱, resulting in us not playing softly suddenly at the same time. Sort of affected by it. Darn! better play well for erhu melody man..
主旋律: Was trying to think of the past co events while playing it. -.-, couldnt do like wat they do in dramas argh. However, the melody was still not bad, had goosebumps once in the mid of the melody.
三重奏： I felt it was really not bad, comparable to the syf 1. Great job Szuan! :D 不愧是 my mei! hahaha. not forgetting the other two who had been working hard all the while, hongfei and juliana. :)
急板／结尾： Sort of forced myself to get "high", since there wun be any chances in the future. Can sort of feel how the rest of the co r thinking. "Its the end.." "Lets pia!" "I must put in all my best in these few minutes."
The highlight of the entire performance: the last note of the piece. It wasnt supposed to be a highlight of the piece, but it seems that everyone entrusted all their feelings into it. The note vanished after a 音头. Then slowly, gradually, it grew, and grew and manifested to a point where even us the performers, felt that its scary, scary. SCH was overwhelmed by it. It almost seemed that at this point, us, HCCO, we were shouting to the rest that "We are rocking this stage, it belongs to us." Magnification of what an individual can achieve by 80+ times, like wat zhengyou had said. Ended the piece even louder, so loud that the note and the gong echo round the SCH. Saw blank faces which only started to nod after a few seconds.

Anyway, updates for the last few days:
Wed: Got back 2 papers on the first day of sch! Wow wat a nice way to welcome us back to sch =s
Got B for math. quite disappointed actually but since everyone was like saying "C and above for math means its fake. C means u Cheated!, B means u are Bluffing and A means u noe the Answers." Well just work harder next time ba.
Got E for chem. cham. Felt that the paper was really hard. Wonder how the pple got As and Bs for it. Didnt study it thoroughly this time, rmbed only part of all the info, hence ended up getting alot of 1, 2 marks for 3 4 mark qns.
Thurs: SYF Showcase Rehearsal! Left the physics lab at 11. haha! felt quite seh as most pple hav ended their ccas by now alr. Had a boring time at SCH. yawns~
Got back GP essay. 31/50! :D haha! damn happy la. rarely get B for essays/gp. Did qn on whether USA is a positive influence on the world today. Seems that my choice of zhaming and lubbing USA is correct! :D haha dislike US anyway.
Fri: Got back H3 chem! Omg! i passed! was still U initially. got 45/105. Then Ms Tan announced that after much considerations, the dept has decided to pull down the maxinum marks to 100. As a result, i passed! :D haha. Was vv scared when i saw our class papers before i got mine. only xuejiao got 50 while others got sad results. Apparently someone took mine accidentally and i only got my paper back after 10 mins. :D nvm vv happy! :D
Sat: Went sch earlier to play soccer (but i was so late then went sch to eat lunch with lionel, szuan n hongfei instead) haha! Sorry lionel! :D Had co prac till 4 then after that played soccer with some HC grandsnrs till 6. Wah damn fun. Their positioning and passing are gd, making me vv tiring from defending. Sad thing is that my shooting is still as bad as before, if not worse. Shot 4 times in total i think, 2 off target like siao, 1 hit keeper and 1 rolled in cos xiao yuan is keeper. LOL hai...
Now muscleaches all over my body. Totally feel like a robot now, my actions are like only horizontal and vertical now. TRANSFORMERS! ROBOTS IN DISGUISE!

suddenly felt like snacking....
then went to ntuc and bought a packet of peanuts, Meiji Pucca Choco Pretzel and a packet of chips. Finished all of them in 1 hr. -.-"
bored....-.-"
i wanna go out!!!!!
PS: finishing shen diao soon! omg, felt so accomplished, given the fact that i rarely finish any drama serials.
PS2: Seriously think that 61 sux. Is there a class in the 1st place? When was our last class outing? As in the one with more than 10 pple.... Gonna just continue going for "class outings". Its gd to hav a few more good friends.
PS3: has its latest new game. Ninja Gaiden Sigma. A Must Buy.

DAY FOUR(self-declared last day of blocks)
Battle Math
hmmm, nothing much to talk bout this actually. just that, I DIDNT KNOW 1 IS NOT A PRIME NUMBER!! wth -.-" where got test pri sch math 1.... lost 6 marks cause of that.
deducted around 25 marks alr. hmmm, may not get A this time round. hmmm.
Predicted grade: B
Stuffs i learnt from this block test:
1) Never be complacent. Was abit too confident, which would result in my drop in grades.
2) Study different subjects everyday. Basically my studying plan was like physics, math, chem n econs. 1 per week. However i realised i forgot most of physics and chem by block test. -.-" Defeats the point of studying sia.
3) Studying in between papers is really useless. Just cant force myself to study/rmb the stuff 1 night b4 the paper.
4) Ocean's Thirteen is really worth watching. (k thats wat i learnt after blocks)

This is WORSE than h3 chem la!. hai... Very motivated to mug math now.
had a very weird dream last night. Dreamt of the night b4 i slept -.-" In my dream, im hesitating whether to slp at 12 and wake up early in the morn to mug or just mug till i sleep. (in real life, i slept at 12 and woke up early today -.-") Felt so weird dreaming about the situation just before i slept -.-"
Then in my dream, i went for our class outing to someone's house for bbq. The location was cashew heights(though none of my classmates live there -.-") Then on our way there, we met alot of HC pple, frequency of meeting them was exactly the same as that of in sch. -.-" (basically everywhere was HC pple).
The next scene appeared and dunno y, i was to choose between 2 friends, close 1s. I was forced to choose 1 from the 2 of them. Then was like desperately trying to measure the pros and cons, figure the way to make both of them least pissed etc. SUPER TIRING LA!
Woke up at 530. Felt extremely mentally exhausted. =s..

I felt that the paper 1 was quite difficult. The one on using monetary policy on US economy. hmmm, didnt write alot for that 8 marks.
Did qn 1 for essay, the 1 on healthcare products, market failure. I realised that i only wrote 1 n a half page for part a, which is 12 marks and i wrote 3 pages for part b which is 13 marks. -.-"

basically just wrote all the anti-USA stuff, criticised her for being half-hearted in many things etc.... haha.. dun like USA anyway. Just laab haha!

Darn, forgot the formulae for induced emf etc, so basically was just trying to make sense out of just these inrelevant eqns, F=EqV, flux = BA -.-"
Paper 2
Was quite okay for qn 1 n 2, then qn 3, quantum physics. oh man, i forgot how to do! (this really proves that shld study physics less than 2 weeks b4, if not will just forget all). So basically will be getting 3/10 for the entire qn, 2 marks for the 1st part, (calculate KE, 2 marks, really not just 1 formula to get the ans, so shld be KE=eVs ba) then 1 mark for deducing the part of the spectum (well since red light is given, the other 1 shld then be ultraviolet? they always come together u see, from observations of qns)
for qn 4, wow, is the last qn always the marks giving qns? haha, there are alot of free! 1 mark qns ard and it helped boost my morale abit.
Well since haven taken paper 3, the predicted grade will be done after that.

anyway hols is really boring. hmmm shall look forward to 14 june, class movie outing. watching fantastic 4. hope that it wun be too boring. u noe, its class outing. (sian....), though better than mugging n not having any life.
shall giv on that day too ba. since its quite mafan to arrange a date.

Yo! Im back!
Basically the story goes like this.
I reached home on 1 wed, after CO. (ard 730pm) When i was opening the lock on my door, my brother (at the com area), said this "Eh ruihong! Guess what? I tioed chicken pox :D (devilish smile)" -.-"
I left home by 830pm and evacuated to my aunt's house for 2 weeks. My aunt's house doesnt hav internet so some of u may notice i haven been online for 2 weeks. yup.
LIFE WITHOUT INTERNET SUX.
Hmm these are the highlights of the past two weeks
Dance night:
i guess this is the 1st time that i went for the same concert twice. -.-" hor liting?
well the performance is quite gd. just that the pa/ava screwed up chinese dance's pieces twice, on both nights. Was quite surprised that the chinese dance pple are quite disciplined to stop immediately after the songs stopped. great job chinese dance!
Arts fest:
-.- all the syf groups performed in this arts fest, at sch audi. Well, can only conclude that, the person who designed audi OUGHT TO BE SHOT.
Firstly, the sound projection sux. The wind section, supposedly the loudest and most penetrating section, cant be heard! wth? this stage is obviously not for music groups.
Secondly, the lighting sux. There are these 2 super bright and irritating headlights from both sides shining onto the stage. So when im looking at my conductor, all i can see is a black figure with yellow light glowing behind him. U noe those buddha kind?
Thirdly, Joel (the pa/ava guy) sux. Shouting across while we are rehearsing? Not like in the end he did a great job anyway.

PAE & Sending Szuan off to Aust
haha! damn fun.
Well, i was quite punctual to reach LT2 haha. RIGHT BEFORE the paper started man! haha!!! Super seh. Slowly walked in and sat down :D :D haha.
I think that the 1st section of PAE was damn fun. Had those iq test which gave u all those puzzle qns. My favourite! haha then the 2nd section was math. Many of my friends didnt manage to finish it on time. hmmm well i did all of it. Dun kill me.
went to hav lunch with 4k pple (actually only kk and kenneth -.-") then returned to sch to meet the pple sending szuan mei! off. Wasnt really sure whether its apt for us to go (dennis is with szuan) but after a while, michelle received info that there are already light bulbs there so, we went! :D on taxi
After wishing her good luck and giving her stuff, we really felt vv bright and decided to zao. We tried a few times but didnt succeed -.-" Well i think the most memorable (-.-") attempt is the one which michelle went to hide in the gents with us! LOL!!! haha i bet the crew person who's going into the gents must be puzzled why is there a small gal running out of the gents. haha!!

大地依然郁郁葱葱，春光遍地.....

many mixed feelings now.
am really glad that didnt disappoint all the snrs, ranging from 97 batch to 05 batch, who came down n watch our practices and syf performance.
am really happy that we managed to achieve and sustain the gold with honours, started with the 02 snrs's best jc co in syf
am still excited from performing our pieces, both the set piece and our choice piece 大地回春 which personally i think the piece is as gd as 梦蝶, our choice piece 2 years ago.
am joyous that we, this batch of 06 and 07 CO, managed to achieve what we aimed for in our last run. A status that suits us.
am pleased that we managed to stun the judges...with our music. Voice of Hwa chong. 充满震撼力的。
Would like to thank all the CO peeps for the halcyon days in CO. Its really the first time i enjoy playing in CO, not even in chinese high or GE, but only in HCCO. 能感到大家庭的温暖。

Slept at 10+ on the previous day. Apparently was more tired than excited.
Reached sch at rather early, 15 mins earlier than usual. Received smses of encourgement from classmates and friends. thx! :D (though i replied most of them with a "dun nid, congrats can le" as suggested by our great leaders Shou hao and Jiang Chuan)
Had our tuning at the infamous SCH tuning room at 10+. We played surprisingly well, i think the fact that we can play even better than what we did in sch (without the percussion peeps) deserves some applauses already. Of course, as the environment in the tuning room provides excellent sounds, all of us were given a strong morale booster.
After we left the room, i was shocked(or rather excied) to noe that we hav to queue up for our turn to go on stage. The sch before us was Pioneer JC. hmmm, their standard was rather gd i think. seen as a threat to corrupt our music sense right before our turn, as commented by one of our snrs. Then their choice piece was announced. "金蛇狂舞” LOL! OMG. That piece really issnt what we played normally for CNY and other festival!
Soon, its our turn. We shook hands with each other, "pass down the handshake" which we shook hands with the people standing in front and behind us. Can see that alot of the xyz gals are really nervous, without the usual natural smiles. I started smiling, hoping that they will feel less tensed after seeing at least one of the people smiling haha. I'm so excited that i felt like smiling too.

(according to zhengyou, some of the audience gave the "niao" face upon knowing our choice piece. well, cant blame them too. They may be thinking that we are as joker as PJC, to play 大地回春 after 金蛇狂舞. Chinese New Year songs marathon huh? Well, ours is the other 大地回春. One that is going to pwn the stage..)
We played the set piece rather smoothly. Haha! can see that our conductor, 魏老师，is freaking nervous too! his hands were shaking when starting the songs and ending. He also made some mistakes in conducting, such as asking xyz to come in at 2nd beat of bar 98 (wow, i even rmbed that bar no. correctly!), while we are supposed to come in at the 4th beat. (luckily most of us are like stunned by his action, and still did it correctly by instinct) The piece ended.
魏老师 stoned for quite a while. around 10 sec before starting 大地回春. 整理心情吧？ Well done to xyz for not making much 噪音 while preparing to start! =)
Cello base came in, dao teng' xun1 and junzhi's 中胡's solos came in. Good job! for having such a mysterous setting.
Then xian yue's melody came in. "26~6226 6 2 4 3....." 好有震撼力啊, in fact, just in that little time for the melody 我自己就听得起毛三次。I can assure that every one of the audience felt the same way too.
很快地，we reached the 十，八拍. Qiyu did a great job in his dizi solo! Seen his tremendous improvement in the solo since the preparations for the piece. When its our turn to play, im really very excited and high. I wondered if thats the case for all other xyz peeps. Yuhao was obviously vv high as he was doing all the 台风, like that of a 首席 of the Best CO. =)
The waltz part. Was looking at szuan (mei!). She's smiling! haha! i felt like dancing to the music though its not our turn to play yet. So sutyee,zhengyou gimthia if u all noticed y im shaking slightly from left to right....u noe y now le haha.
快板 really used all my strength in it and played till vv shiok. omg i was really stunned by the 滑音part. Cos everyone was so 齐 rite, i think it sounded quite like a gunshot! omg!
Then the solos, by Juliana, zhiguang and hongfei. realised that our choice piece is coming to an end and felt a little sad =s Lastly the 快板 again and 大地回春 ended. I'm still smiling. This time because of having played and enjoyed our performance on stage.
I asked many right after our turn. And many replied "Damn shiok playing just now" haha! =D
well, after so many years in CO, the most important thing is to learn to enjoy performing ba? Who cares bout obtaining perfect skills and pitching actually.
We went back, took many photos and rushed back to SCH again. Watched njc,rjc,ajc,sajc and jjc. Among them, only rjc was outstanding, with their choice piece 上海随想曲 its really gd. just that their 唢呐 screwed them up.

This year theres 2 gwhs. Congrats to TJC! heard they were really not bad. Hav to see SYF showcase then. The one who gets to play more pieces will obviously be the best.
Jiayou ba HCCO 06-07. This will really be our last performance on stage, to pen down the last chapter by us HCCO 06-07 and leave an amazing legacy in HCCO history.

tired... but got alot of stuff must blog!!! :D

1)i hav another mei! She is szuan! One with a super cute personality. Shall call her an mei from now :D haha! so now i got 2 meis already. the other one is yingying from 05s61 who is currently a teacher at a primary school cool sia!
2)i hav my 1st canadian friend! He (i think is male) is called Andre, which means horse. He lives in mission bc yu, canada. (wow! i dunno where it is too) Hmm how i know him... 2 or 3 years back i was adding a friend in msn whose email is serenity.90@hotmail.com but apparently i typed serenity90@hotmail.com so....added him! Haha!!
things i found out about him:
He doesnt like george bush too. "....there is no wars here yet but with that idiot bush next to us he will bring war here if he does not stop" lol
He thought that Singapore is severely affected by global warming "kool it is about 10 /15 highs thats it for awhile till we get spring so is gobal warming a big topic over there too?"
He assumes that we dun noe theres a lot of freedom in the western countries (qn to him. hows ur life like?) "i have a very nice life go and come as i please no one to tell me i cant do it"
hmmm was 8.48am at canada when it was 11:49pm in singapore. well dun think i will be seeing him much on msn unless im burning midnight oil everyday.
thurs(today!):
1) tank(tang3 ke4) concert! went to audi with an mei! and samuel. was freaking crowded outside audi la. then surprisingly, all of us(both co and 61 pple) met together n sat together. Liting and other gethigh pple performed! not bad la quite nice. :) then tank came out n sang a few songs then ended -.- (i thought its till 830? why 730 then end liao...) slacker.
2)dinner: went thai noodle with an mei, bro and jasline. WTH la, apparently the auntie, who sounded retarded while speaking english, is unhappy with only 2 of us eating and she started finding our whispering loud. wow. She "reminded" us for like 3 times, giving her stupid chao bian each time. At the fourth time, we stood up n went to curry wok. Knn pissed man. rarely pissed off with someone given my temper. THAI NOODLE HOUSE BLACKLISTED. hmmm shall go there some other day to play with auntie man. just order alot of stuff n after a while then just zao. Without wearing uniform of course.
then we went curry wok. Omg, the service standards are really uncomparable la. Although only 3 of us are eating, the uncle treated us to 1 more cup of lime juice la. Really neutralise the negative feeling from the stupid thai sawaticup noodle thingy.

as said by ningfei, after 9 more days, the chapter of hcco07 will be locked into the history. That will spell the end of my CO "career" life? Kind of sad though..

hmmm CO for the entire weekend. cool huh :)
sat morning till afternoon, CO prac: hongfei,junzhi,yuhao and i finalised the gongfa and zhifa for both pieces. when we were trying out them, omg its damn nice with all the appropriate sound balance etc. Well, our mo qi is really gd man. Quoted by dorea: "哇你们四个拉就够了" :D hmmm, if only the entire xian yue is like that...then already gold with honours le.
sat night: CO concert to check the standard of vjc. Wow, their daji is really gd. the da ji section stunned many with the tai feng piece. Well, All the best for Gold!!! :D Reached home at 11+ close to 12
sun: Going sch at 12+ to final-check the scores with junzhi and photocopy, Then CO prac till 3+, go sch for rehearsal till 5, coming back to sch at 6+ then home at 7+.

realised during practice today that my skills hav really dropped alot. though i noe the important portion of our erhu melody, 渐强，渐弱，激情，柔弱, just cant seem to play them out. hmmm, did i mature or was it just my sucky skills now? i guess shld be the latter. Gonna resume practising erhu everyday. Mustnt neglect my laopo man. Later she asked for divorce...(k lame -.-)
gim thia was asking himself(and me) that he didnt know y he forsake huang cheng for co, "CO was so sian, i could hav been a zhu zhang in huang cheng instead" Well, it leads me into pondering too. I joined CO in jc as then i was still very passionate about CO. Another factor was the presence of snrs, ningfei, bong, libo, jian kai etc (n new, friendly fun snrs like enqi etc). I simply like snrs! Dun like the feeling that im the elderest. Easily to be lost without guidance. Soon, we had our concert and the snrs left, abruptly? Though it feels that they are still with us for the rest of 2006, i became lost. Suddenly felt nothing towards erhu, then CO.
it began with finding lianing erhu a chore. Well, so wat if i obtain a good grade for distinction? so wat if i improved alot for this private lesson? The main motivation for me was my peers. With pro and talented pple like yuhao, hongfei etc ard me, i had to pia hard so that i wun feel inferior. well indeed i improved alot in sec 4 n j1. my skills matured in fact, quoted by zhanglao "听起来像拉了很久的人" (4 years of learning is damn short) soon the competition among us laxed and poof, there goes my interest. Quitted xulao lesson without feeling anything.
Well, to gim thia (whom i dun think he noes my blog, heck care. im used to talking to myself on my blog anw), im proud to say that the reason for me to practise erhu and stay in CO now is my peers! I really play for them now and i want to play my best for them. I guess it wun feel gd failing ur friends rite? I want to make this syf an memorable experience for this new-found CO friendship in jc. An advice is that, try to noe everyone well and hav a fun time with each other. At least, there wun be regrets rite?
On a higher note, i went to sch at 830 to jog with wenqi and junzhi (wenqi is freaking fast for a gal), had xiaozu, chatted more with lan lao shi as he joined us for lunch, had a dazu where we improved again, played soccer again with CO peeps, lionel daoteng + jnrs (the soccer gene runs in the blood of co pple i guess). Going Sentosa tmr with xyz peeps! I love co.

hmmm just woke up after sleeping for 4 hrs. :D:D:D:D:D (Dun beat me up)
had quite a interesting gp lesson today. we were supposed to bring time magazine but apparently most of the pple didnt bring (well, ms lin, is UR fault, u didnt tell us to. k jking. anyway hmmm....u will never be here at my blog too! =P DIE!!!(francis's style) k vv lame shall stop) ms lin then gav out 2006 jc2 bt2 essay. -_-" hmmm, obviously everyone dun feel like doing haha! Dawn and (issit lien? dun quite rmb) were like frantically proposing about other stuff to do, like placing the time magazine on the visualiser (wow i think thats creative). in the end, we managed to only do the essay outline. (We won =) ) Chose qn 3, the 1 on government cos wanna try something new and was reading a book on a french philosopher, Montesquieu, who's the guy who drafted out the democracy structure (divided into separate executive, legislative, and judicial brancher etc....hmmm feeling chim now :D)
We were grouped according to qn chosen and was with francis and wangye. hmmm, quite like having intellectual discussions with francis, makes me feel smarter haha. Well, he commented he's vv 'bright' anyway, i think he is bright too. Zhen chong ming haha -.-

So i was like, "eh huh, wat is the styrofoam cup for?, so the heating element will heat up itself when i close the circuit?" Scanned around for quite a few times, saw kaikeat n audry placing the beaker above the bunsen burner and remember nid to use the bunsen burner to heat up the beaker of water! (Well, i realised im not the only 1 to forget that. Weilong too, who only rmb after hearing the 'click' sound of the lighter)
Had really boring chem n econs lectures after that and sch ended! -.-
Learned how to play half of 爱我别走 on guitar! :D Thx kaikeat and chio man. :D

received more presents today!
today's a happy day too! My luck seems to hav changed totally since my birthday haha! :D Especially when i thought that will be in bad luck for the whole year with all the undesired events happening simultaneously at the start of the year...
got a lawman T-shirt from ye. yay! k not vv funny here. haha try wearing it at home and it fits quite nicely. Thx alot! =)
then got a chain from junzhi n hongfei! brothers sia haha. Lets jiayou together! "GWH is ours!"
was literally quite insane/high during CO cos in quite a good mood. :D Hope i didnt offend anyone with my lame jokes!

Happy Birthday!
Omg!!! Its really really really unexpected! Btw u noe why theres a jackie chan pic on the card? Cos i once told her that my birthday is the same day
All the pres i received this year! :D Card, shoebag n wallet from 61 guys, gap T from my aunt, a vv nice card n a small bag of sweets from szuan!, a card decorated with saga seeds from dennis, and lastly, a random card from a buddhist temple (--"). :D
Really had a enjoyable n memorable birthday this year! Started the day by receiving lots of smses! First from Ziwei! (no. 1 !), followed by weilong, jasline, hongfei, andrea (really unexpected!!). was at around 12+ then went to slp
When i woked up at ard 7+, found out that teck huat sent me a sms too! :D wah a nice gd chem teacher/friend! as i was reading my smses, realised that kaikeat sent me too! Sent at ard 3+am -_-" I think i read it when in my subconscious state man. -_-" the subconscious me is quite clever 1 k! will auto switch off alarm, read smses, reject calls (cos will think that its alarm) etc. --" haha!
Then was packing stuff to go sch for gefang when i received wang ye's sms! Her smses always sound high 1, with random caps. haha. Went for gefang for the elections. Went in and liting saw me. Then asked me to go over. Then she started singing the chorus of SHE's Zhe3 Me3 Ban4. haha! thx! :D Though u only sang a bit of it nia -.- Then she asked me whether i received her sms. ....? I gav a blurred face then! she realised she sent it to my old number. -_-" haha! blur sotong/ blurrer than sotong man! tsk tsk. Then sent it again to my new number haha! Wah vv long 1 :D K promise not to be emo so often :D Congrats to Tania and Guan chiang for getting into the exco! Must work hard k! :D Btw during the elections, one of the candidates (yihong i think) mentioned that there are snrs that the j1s never see b4. hmmm, seems to be refering to me sia haha! Left for CO after a while. I reached MPH and opened the door, guess wat? Someone appeared right in front of me, JUMPED and shouted HAPPY BIRTHDAY! omg, my heart literally skipped 1 beat. almost fainted la. -_-" Its wenqi! :D Thx for that! Thats really a gd surprise! She said that she saw me coming through the windows n immediately chiong to the door to do that. Wah! So nice :D. Then started walking in n shou hao was laughing and said " Happy Birthday. Though im more subtle in this kind of things..." LOL!!!
Waited for a while and the co pple started coming. Shiyu,ziwei,jasline started wishing me happy birthday. Then Zheng you started SINGing happy birthday to me haha! Its the thought that counts rite? haha! :D
Then Lionel called up my name, i turned and saw Szuan! She gav me a card and a bag of goodies!!!! Heres the pics.

Dazu was quite productive on sat. Hmmm can start hearing GWH standard of music alr!!! Jiayou HCCO! :D Received sms right b4 co ends, asking me to zao together asap. hmmm, but the idea was soon abandoned upon hearing that its XYZ's duty to clean MPH today -_-" Very soon.... Junzhi was hunted. Lionel and qiquan tried to hold him but junzhi somehow managed to run away. Well too bad his stuff is still in MPH -_-" Can run away also no use. Still nid to come back. Heard that he fell down while escaping. Reminds me of wat my mum told me b4 "Dun run when its wet." (btw was raining heavily on sat) So he came back, and kenna bonded -_-"
Then we gathered at the cake. Qiquan took out this damn zai lighter, its like a gun, then when u press it, will hav flame like that of a bunsen burner. somemore the flame is vv sharp and focused type. damn cool la! Well suddenly had a memory loss, then we started eating the cake. I realised St nicks gals are quite Se4 actually. haha! Jiawei wanted to 'help' out while sutyee wanted junzhi and i to stay in CO and dun run. -_-" haha! tsk tsk.
Went to bugis, Eason (a erhu shop) bought a gong, changed the Qian Jin :D. Omg got motivation to play erhu le! Now the gong can tahan more of my brute force le, as in compared to the old one with vv pathetic no. of strings left. Saw p sch fren diana on the way and smsed her. after HALF AN HOUR, she CALLED me. -_-" wow you bi yao haha! Crapped a bit then ended call. Reached home, fatigued, thristy and happy.
Wah!!! I realised that i wasnt forgotten at all! Srry friends! for a lack of trust in u all =s. Shldnt hav gotten so worried at all! Also, realised that people, whom i dun expect anything at all, rmb my birthday! omg. Quite touched leh! I dun even rmb/noe most of their birthdays la! Hmmm, must get pres for all of my closer friends now le :D Then wun feel guilty. :D

happy day! :D
started the day by getting back chem. did vv badly for free-response n got an overall D -_-" grrr!!!! angry with the slack self of me. Hmmm motivated to study alot harder le. Must get really gd results for this coming Physics lecture Test man. Ruihong, Flame on! grrr !0_0!
got back gp compre too. omg i got 30/50! thx to summary! which i got 7.5/8 :D:D:D totally brightened up my day haha!
As the lesson proceeds, calvin apparently got bored n started smsing yiwen using wufan's phone. Sent a mms with a photo of 2 of us. Yiwen replied "Losers." -_-" then calvin conts with a photo of 2 of us + zhiyong n dexin. Then! We started spamming her with smses -_-" 4 of us sent just a "hi" to her at the same time!
(can imagine how bored we are haha!)
(i think pple like liting will be angry upon reading that, can imagine her saying "wah damn waste of smses la! just say a hi blah blah". something like that ba?)
after that, followed the gals to library (was waiting for yiwen to go gefang meeting together). Found out that lien was there for no reason too! haha! just follow the crowd sia. most of them were doing chem prac. was really bored n started walking about. Saw kaikeat pa tall-ing with jane i think. tsk tsk. wun see him at all if i didnt walk about lo. tsk tsk. :)
after i came back from fish tank, yiwen said meeting's over, with cheeyang quite angry with us. -_-" waited for nothing sia. right after i stepped out of the library, i heard pple playing erhu! omg, they quite enthu la! started practising half an hour b4 prac.
during prac, christabel smsed me about me showing off my skills in practice. -_-" btw christabel is from njc co. so, obviously, STUNNED by the sms! Yuan lai, she's here for ntu math (wah, didnt noe she so zai) and walked past the classroom im at.
the prac today was quite fei, with distractions from the SYF secondary sch results. todays day 1 for them. Dunman and Cat High got GWH! omg, Cat high leh! miracle sia. heard that there will be 5 GWH this year. got back gp compre too. omg i got 30/50! thx to summary! which i got 7.5/8 :D:D:D totally brightened up my day haha!
As the lesson proceeds, calvin apparently got bored n started smsing yiwen using wufan's phone. Sent a mms with a photo of 2 of us. Yiwen replied "Losers." -_-" then calvin conts with a photo of 2 of us + zhiyong n dexin. Then! We started spamming her with smses -_-" 4 of us sent just a "hi" to her at the same time!
(can imagine how bored we are haha!)
(i think pple like liting will be angry upon reading that, can imagine her saying "wah damn waste of smses la! just say a hi blah blah". something like that ba?)
after that, followed the gals to library (was waiting for yiwen to go gefang meeting together). Found out that lien was there for no reason too! haha! just follow the crowd sia. most of them were doing chem prac. was really bored n started walking about. Saw kaikeat pa tall-ing with jane i think. tsk tsk. wun see him at all if i didnt walk about lo. tsk tsk. :)
after i came back from fish tank, yiwen said meeting's over, with cheeyang quite angry with us. -_-" waited for nothing sia. right after i stepped out of the library, i heard pple playing erhu! omg, they quite enthu la! started practising half an hour b4 prac.
during prac, christabel smsed me about me showing off my skills in practice. -_-" btw christabel is from njc co. so, obviously, STUNNED by the sms! Yuan lai, she's here for ntu math (wah, didnt noe she so zai) and walked past the classroom im at.
the prac today was quite fei, with distractions from the SYF secondary sch results. todays day 1 for them. Dunman and Cat High got GWH! omg, Cat high leh! miracle sia. heard that there will be 5 GWH this year. woohoo! blocks over!
k that was my mood ytd. now? TIRED!!
Went cine after physics. 5 guys nia...-_-" was expecting a class outing la. (though kk was only expecting 3 guys, weilong, him n me -- ) nvm.
ate at long john. haha! it started with weilong n zhenwei ordering 4 chicken 4 fish. then 4 more chicken n fish for kk n i. then 2 fish for isaac. as we r still not full, we ordered 8 more chicken. hmmm. total of 16 chicken n 8 fish! Can still eat more though, just that will be quite a waste of money. i mean, theres no point eating 10 pieces of chicken per person rite? then everyone will be paying 10+ each. might as well eat seoul garden. then watched mr bean with kk n the day ended. (haha abit dun feel like typing that part)
Had swimming today. as in, my class la, not me. having block nose due to having blocks. later swim halfway n suffocate abit throw face nia. -_-" Played tennis! with kk weilong n zhiyong. i realised weilong is not bad. skills from playing it every week i guess? Well, the highlights or Wah dian3 of this will be zhiyong hitting the ball into the court beside ours. 4 times i think, according to weilong. haha! the gal from tennis(assumption) was quite nice to hit it back 4 times too. haha!
i realised this post is abit boring. k time to end.

i guess its cos im unoccupied ba? even find dota boring now.
Btw had a sucky chem paper today. -_-" tested so much on proteins. Feel like taking a bio paper lo. "Hey S7s, u all were lucky" Hmmm, hope they teach more physics related topics this year then more to our advantage :D. Didnt hav a gd feeling bout it even b4 the paper itself. hmmm, my sixth sense is quite accurate huh? haha :D. Can be a detective le. Shall be aiming a C ba. +- 1 grade.
Life's getting boring i guess? Not like i going to commit suicide or wat la. Hmmm, nid to find something to keep me occupied man. (Not mugging!) Seriously, j2 life is really sian. See how ba.
Maybe 1 day i'll just commit suicide cos im too bored?

watching xiao qi da cai shen now.....lol!!
hmmm, just realised i really slack dao bao today. After math (which is seriously boring, i got really restless in the midst of the paper -_-"), reached home at around 12. Ate lunch and slept. woke up at around 5+. Further slacking till dinner. Then went to bukit panjang plaza to run an errand and walk walk. Came home, went youtube to watch south park n some other videos till now. ---"
really slacked dao bao haha!
just read cheeyang's blog. He posted an entry about gefang 06. hmmm, ah the old days~ i think gefang was really fun last year! With all the informal n random practices, quite a ad hor cca. hmmm shall hav a post on it too ba! (if i managed to write it in the end)
Raining now! :D hope that will lessen my insomnia abit man. really cant sleep these few days. had been sleeping at 2+ for 3 days alr. ---" if i didnt hav afternoon naps, i think im seriously dead alr.

oh man, i must admit this is the most BORING test/exam i ever had man! (even before taking any of the papers) just dun feel like studying cos .....in holiday mood instead of mugging mood? the mugging speed is like less than 1/10 of that of promos period. (so, its ok to expect myself from getting 1/10 of the marks i got in promos?)
heres my progress so far:
math: all except doing vectors (i read vectors -_-")
chem: all (in 1 day, today) except organic chem (more duh...)
econs: starting tmr
thats all! hmmm, shall see wat i get for this block test, since its vv different from the past exams, much slacker..

2. You grew up brushing your teeth with a mug in Primary school during recess time. You will squat by a drain with all your classmates beside you, and brush your teeth with a coloured mug.The teachers said you must brush each side 10 times too.
3. You know what SBC stands for.
4. You pay 40 cents for Chocolate or Strawberry MILK every week in class.
5. You watch a very popular Malay dubbed Japanese drama on RTM1 about schoolgirls who possess powerful skills in volleyball called Meoro Attack.
6. You find your friends with pagers and handphone cool in Secondary school.
7. SBS buses used to be non-airconditioned. The bus seats are made of wood and the cushion is red. The big red bell gives a loud BEEP! when pressed. There are colourful tickets forTIBS buses. The conductor will check for tickets by using a machine which punches a hole in the ticket.
8. Envelopes given to us to donate to Sharity Elephant every Children's Day.

16. Hardy Boys, Nancy Drew, The Three Investigators, Famous Five and Secret Seven are probably the thickest story books you ever thought you have read. Even Sweet Valley High and Malory Towers.
17. KFC used to be a high class restaurant that serve food in plates and let you use metal forks and knives.
18. The most vulgar thing you said was asshole and idiot and THE MOST EXTREME WAS 'super white'...you just couldn't bring yourself to say the hokkien relative.
19. Catching was the IN thing and twist as the magic word.
20. Your English workbooks was made of some damn poor quality paper that was smooth and yellow.

22. The only computer lessons in school involved funny pixellised characters in 16 colours walking about trying to teach you maths.
23. Waterbottles were slinged around your neck and a must everywhere you go.
24. Boys loved to play soccer with small plastic balls in the basketball court.
25. Teng-teng, five stones, chapteh, hentam bola and zero point were all the rage with the girls and boys too...
26. Science was fun with the balsam and the angsana being the most important plants of our lives, guppies and swordtail being the most important fish.
27. Who can forget Ahmad, Bala, Sumei and John, eternalized in our minds from the textbooks. Even Mr Wally & Mr.Yakki. What abt Miss Lala??? And Zaki and Tini in Malay Textbooks
28. We carry out experiments of our own to get yourself badges for being a Young Zoologist/Botanist etc.
29. Every Children's day and National dayyou either get pins or pens with 'Happy Children's Day 1993' or dumb files with 'Happy National Day 1994'.
30. In Primary six you had to play buddy for the younger kids like big sister and brother.
31. We wear BM2000, BATA, or Pallas shoes.
32. Your form teacher taught you Maths, Science and English.
33. The worksheets were made of brown rough paper of poor quality.
34. You went to school in slippers and a raincoat when it rained, and you find a dry spot in the school to sit down, dry your feet, and wear your dry and warm socks and shoes.
35. School dismissal time was normally around 1pm.
36. There would be spelling tests and mental sums to do almost everyday.
37. Your friends considered you lucky and rich if your parents gave you $3 or more for pocket money everyday.
38. You see Wee Kim Wee's face in the school hall.
39. You freak out when the teacher tells you to line up according to height and hold hands with the corresponding boy or girl
40. Boys like to catch fighting spiders.
41. Collecting and battling erasers was a pastime for boys.
42. Autograph books were loaded with "Best Wishes", "Forget Me Not", and small poems like "Bird fly high, hard to catch.Friend like you, hard to forget".
43. Class monitors and prefects loved to say "You talk somemore, I write your name ah!"
44. There were at least 40 people in one class.
45. Large, colourful schoolbags were carried.
46. You brought every single book to school, even though there was one thing called the timetable.
