anw meanwhile, if u guys hav nothing to do, try calling customer service of starhub at 1633 or singtel at 1610. request to talk to their customer service officers (u can ask anything u like under the sun, its up to u) then repeat the process 3 or 4 times.

u will soon realise that for most of them, some philipino person from some call centres will be answering ur calls. And shld u be lucky enough to get a singaporean to ans ur call, he or she will most prob ask u to hold on to the call shld u or him nid to go away to get some info.
